📋 Description

• Independently develop and assist in designing products for customers and associates • Create, deploy, and support production applications • Participate in configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring • Collaborate and pair with UX, engineering, and product management to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutions • Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met • Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are developer-ready, understandable, and testable • Write custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and test cases • Write custom code or scripts for destructive testing and production resiliency • Configure and modify programs and set up large projects using approved methodology • Configure commercial off-the-shelf solutions to align with evolving business needs • Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and responses to proactively capture and address issues • Collaborate in agile processes and contribute to team success • Learn through formal and informal development channels and experimentation • Build partnerships and work collaboratively with diverse groups

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • 2+ years of experience developing scalable backend applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework • Experience designing, developing, and supporting microservices-based applications in a production environment • Hands-on experience integrating applications with AI/ML solutions, generative AI platforms, LLM APIs, and intelligent automation tools • Experience building, deploying, and supporting applications within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments • Working knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration, application deployment, monitoring, and operational support • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices • Proficiency with Git-based source control and collaborative software development workflows • Experience using Jira and Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and delivery execution • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, system integrations, and event-driven architecture patterns • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, performance optimization, and troubleshooting • Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, secure coding, observability, and application performance monitoring • Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and independently drive work to completion with minimal oversight • Proven ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including ability to mentor junior engineers • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field
