📋 Description

• Develop, test, and maintain Machine Learning and AI solutions using Python • Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications • Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and generate insights • Develop and optimize ML models for real-world business applications • Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization • Work with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and AI/ML frameworks • Develop or support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where applicable • Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions • Deploy and monitor AI/ML applications in development or production environments • Document technical solutions, methodologies, and model performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, or a closely related field • Strong programming experience with Python • Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms • Hands-on experience developing and evaluating Machine Learning models • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis • Strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or similar Python libraries • Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face is preferred • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly preferred • Experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, LLM APIs, embeddings, semantic search, NLP, Transformer architectures, fine-tuning, or AI agents is highly preferred • AWS, Azure, or GCP experience is nice to have • Docker, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and MLOps experience is nice to have • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Eligible work authorization: US Citizen, Green Card holder, or H4 EAD holder • Must be willing to relocate anywhere within the United States • Must be willing to work on a W2 basis; no C2C or 1099 arrangements
