âą Design, build and maintain secure, scalable backend services and algorithms âą Implement DevSecOps practices: security protocols, monitoring, metrics, and automated alerts âą Write clean, well-documented, production-quality code with thorough test coverage âą Strengthen engineering practices through code reviews, testing automation, and on-call support âą Translate complex requirements into actionable sprint tasks while mentoring team members
đŻ Requirements
âą Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. âą Expertise in backend development in Python and at least one of: Golang, Rust, C++. âą Experience with Kubernetes, metrics-driven deployment, containerization, and microservices. âą Experience in implementing and using monitoring and tracing solutions. âą Experience with key-value stores and SQL databases and optimizing their performance. âą Experience with high traffic, low latency distributed systems: queue-first arch, sharding, etc. âą Demonstrated architecture expertise (gather requirements, problem solve and recommend).
