📋 Description

• Own commercial metric definitions, customer segment definitions, and the published metric dictionary • Build metric definitions into Salesforce and maintain Salesforce as the trusted system of record • Own commercial data quality and integrity, reconcile Salesforce with other tools, separate customers and prospects, and publish a monthly data-quality scorecard • Design integrations across sales, marketing, customer experience, and finance systems • Partner with Finance on a single source of truth for revenue data across Salesforce, Stripe, and financial tools • Set account enrichment standards, manage enrichment providers, and provide qualified prospecting lists • Build self-serve reporting dashboards and support pipeline forecasting • Participate in Commercial leadership discussions with performance analysis and revenue recommendations • Identify, validate, and share insights and trends to drive accountability and improvement • Consult end users before building systems, train users, measure adoption, and refine systems after launch • Own launch plans and change management for new tools and system changes • Validate changes in a sandbox, test data and mechanisms, and provide communication, documentation, and training • Manage intake and prioritization of requests based on commercial impact • Own and architect the commercial technology stack, including AI tools • Source, implement, maintain, and evaluate software products and vendor relationships • Troubleshoot workflow blockers and prevent recurring issues • Automate and integrate workflows to reduce manual work and tool redundancy • Decide what to build, buy, automate, or delegate to Engineering or Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced senior individual contributor with significant Salesforce experience • Ability to consult with stakeholders, develop solutions, manage projects, and facilitate change management • Track record in data governance, including defining metrics and customer segments, deduplicating records, and measuring data quality • Experience owning data enrichment, setting enrichment standards, and evaluating providers • Experience building pipeline forecasts and executive leadership reporting • Disciplined approach to releasing changes, including sandbox and user acceptance testing, release communications, and ongoing training • Experience building multi-system architecture that minimizes cost and complexity • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success strategy and metrics such as pipeline, net revenue retention, and CAC payback • Hands-on experience supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams • Track record of launching new tools and driving lasting adoption • Salesforce custom development or creative technical solutions • Salesforce external app integrations • Salesforce data structure management • Salesforce reports and dashboards • Extensive automation experience, including Zapier, GitHub, and Salesforce Flows; examples beyond out-of-the-box triggers and actions preferred • Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement, and renewal negotiations • Comfort working independently with a high degree of autonomy • Comfort using AI tools to solve operational problems at scale
