📋 Description

• Develop and maintain simulation and analysis tools for faster development of the autonomy stack and automated root cause analysis • Design and develop efficient, user-friendly tools supporting autonomy technology • Develop local or cloud-based execution runners for parameter overrides, code changes, and reruns against recorded logs • Build GUI debuggers and web-based or native 2D/3D visualizers for frame-by-frame inspection of perception, prediction, and planning data • Collaborate with planning and controls engineers to understand simulation and analysis tool requirements • Continuously improve and optimize simulation and analysis tools • Address Autonomy engineers’ pain points with robust solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software development and Testing, preferably in the automotive or gaming industry • Strong proficiency in C++, focused on building high-performance and resilient systems • Comfortable navigating and contributing to large, complex codebases where modularity and documentation are key • Passion for a driverless future and understanding of the high stakes of deploying software that interacts with the physical world • E-Verify employment eligibility verification
