📋 Description

• Develop backend services using C# and .NET Core • Build and maintain REST APIs used by verification providers and employer systems • Develop integrations with external enterprise systems, including employer payroll platforms and HR (ATS / HRIS) systems • Implement JSON-based data processing services that normalize employment and payroll data • Support authentication and authorization workflows used by employees and employers • Develop event processing services used to manage verification requests and responses • Participate in code reviews and Agile development cycles • Support debugging and troubleshooting production issues • Work with senior engineers to build APIs, develop integrations, and support data workflows • Report to the Director of Technology Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience • Strong proficiency in C# • Strong proficiency in .NET Core • Strong proficiency in REST APIs • Strong proficiency in JSON • Strong proficiency in relational databases • Experience working with API integrations or third-party services • Familiarity with modern source control workflows (Git) • Experience working in cloud-based application environments • Candidates must currently reside in the United States
