📋 Description

• Develop client-facing solution summaries, proposals, staffing models, Statements of Work, and RFP/RFI responses • Lead scoping of workshops and assess, mobilize, and execute migrations of on-premises applications and legacy data centers to AWS • Design cloud security, identity, and access management strategies aligned with regulatory and compliance standards • Drive Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to build automated CI/CD pipelines • Act as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, from requirements gathering through handoff to delivery • Manage the sales cycle and coordinate technical pre-sales activities • Own the proposal approval lifecycle, including cross-functional reviews and internal stakeholder sign-off • Ensure client-facing deliverables meet Presidio quality standards • Develop and implement standardized methodologies for solution design, deployment, and optimization • Incorporate industry-specific frameworks for TMEGS environments • Enhance team expertise and standardize best practices while blending hands-on solution architecture with people management

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, delivery, or similar customer-facing technical roles • 3+ years of experience delivering and pre-selling consulting and advisory services for strategic solutions such as IT strategy, Application Placement, and Cloud Governance • Deep AWS expertise across EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, EKS, ECS, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, and AWS Organizations • Strong knowledge of container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation, and AWS Well-Architected principles • Proficiency across all five pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework • Hands-on experience designing multi-account, multi-region AWS architectures for enterprise environments • Demonstrated experience architecting lift-and-shift, re-platform, and re-architect cloud migration strategies • Familiarity with AWS or third-party migration tooling • Experience using AWS Pricing Calculator and building cost models for client estimates and proposals • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, serverless, and event-driven AWS architectures • Experience in solution design methodologies and technical best practices • Exceptional communication and executive presence • Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional certification is highly preferred
