📋 Description

• Set technical direction while modernizing the platform into an event-driven agentic operating system • Establish architecture, patterns, and standards for the engineering team • Design and ship autonomous, event-driven agentic processes • Orchestrate AI coding agents and build guardrails, evaluations, and review practices • Partner with product managers and designers to define outcomes and decide what to build • Lead architecture and design discussions focused on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability • Present technical decisions and live demos to engineers and executives • Mentor engineers and raise the team's AI-native development standards • Champion continuous delivery, DevOps, and rapid value delivery • Perform other duties as assigned to meet organizational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the US • Must be authorized to work in the US • RealManage is unable to provide sponsorship • Fluency, or a serious, demonstrated commitment to fluency, with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, Copilot, or similar) • Judgment to know when to trust an agent, when to verify, and when a decision needs a human • Excellent written and spoken communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Expertise across multiple languages including C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • Deep command of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven, cloud-native design • Strong front-end capability in Angular, React, or a comparable modern framework • Proven experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven development • Hands-on architecture experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and serverless in complex environments • Working knowledge of the SDLC, configuration management, and Agile delivery • Ability to architect and operate distributed, multi-cloud environments spanning Azure and AWS • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed • Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds • Manual dexterity to operate computer and office equipment • Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens • Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings • Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels • Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required
