📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority behind Capsa Healthcare's next-generation pharmacy software • Influence architecture across cloud-native microservices, event-driven systems, and customer-facing applications • Design, scale, and troubleshoot production microservices • Build and support low-latency, high-throughput concurrent processing systems • Develop event-driven systems and messaging solutions using Kafka or similar platforms and MassTransit • Implement sagas/state machines and reliable messaging patterns • Develop modern responsive frontends using React.js and React Native • Integrate REST APIs and build and test customer-facing applications • Build multi-tenant SaaS platforms using cloud-native technologies • Apply AWS, Kubernetes, containerization, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and OpenTelemetry • Apply security best practices, including HIPAA considerations • Communicate technical trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders • Report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture • Travel approximately 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field • 12+ years software engineering experience • 5+ years building distributed, real-time, or high-throughput systems • Expert-level proficiency in .NET and C# • Experience with modern asynchronous programming • Experience designing, scaling, and troubleshooting production microservices • Proven success in low-latency, high-throughput concurrent processing environments • Strong production experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms • Experience with MassTransit, sagas/state machines, and messaging patterns • Deep understanding of delivery guarantees, ordering, idempotency, deduplication, backpressure, transactional outbox, and dead-letter handling • Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, React Native, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga, REST API integration, responsive UI development, Jest, and React Testing Library • Experience with browser-based performance and debugging tools • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, containerization, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and OpenTelemetry • Knowledge of security best practices, including HIPAA considerations • Ability to leverage AI coding tools effectively • Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders
