📋 Description

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex, high-impact production incidents • Serve as escalation point for production support engineers • Coordinate cross-team collaboration during outages • Analyze system performance and improve application reliability, scalability, and observability • Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities • Build automation tools for incident response, environment validation, and root cause analysis • Own post-incident reviews, ensure timely documentation, and address systemic issues with development teams • Mentor and provide technical guidance to production support and engineering team members • Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers to improve deployment and support processes • Participate in on-call rotations and improve incident response readiness and tooling • Maintain the health and stability of Revecore’s cloud-based enterprise application built with .NET, C#, SQL Server, T-SQL, and Angular, hosted in Azure and on-premises

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in production support • Deep expertise in C# and .NET technologies; ability to debug production code and logs • Strong database experience, including complex T-SQL queries, performance tuning, and SQL Server internals • Advanced experience with Azure services, particularly app hosting, monitoring, logging, and databases • Demonstrated ability to lead incident response efforts and work under pressure • Strong scripting skills, such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to drive conversations with engineering and business stakeholders • Experience with Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, or other observability platforms • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar • Knowledge of ITIL or SRE principles, and experience establishing support SLAs and metrics • Experience working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments • Must reside in the United States within one of the listed eligible states • Employment eligibility in the United States required • Successful background check required
