📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end features for internal Operations & Supply Chain web applications from requirements clarification through production support • Serve as technical owner for enterprise applications and drive architecture, stability, technical debt reduction, maintainability, and long-term health • Lead technical design for complex features and enhancements • Build performant modern UIs using Blazor and DevExpress • Design and implement C#/.NET backend services and APIs • Develop and optimize Azure SQL / SQL Server data access • Design and support secure cloud application patterns • Support .NET applications hosted in Azure, including configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling, and production support • Improve operability through logging, telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and incident troubleshooting • Participate in CI/CD delivery across DEV, QA, and Production • Write clean, secure, testable code and perform code reviews • Provide technical guidance through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and implementation guidance • Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and technical teams • Lead technical standards, reusable components, architecture patterns, and engineering practices • Balance business delivery with technical debt, maintainability, performance, reliability, security, and long-term architecture

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • U.S. citizenship is required • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET • Experience building service-oriented backend logic, APIs, and enterprise application services • Hands-on experience with Blazor preferred, or comparable modern SPA/component frameworks with ability and willingness to ramp quickly in Blazor • Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL or equivalent relational database platforms • Experience diagnosing and optimizing slow queries and data-access patterns • Working knowledge of cloud-hosted application development and production operations, preferably Azure • Experience with Git-based workflows, pull requests, code reviews, testing, documentation, secure coding, and source-control standards • Ability to independently own complex technical work, lead solution design, drive issues through resolution, and provide technical direction • Ability to analyze tradeoffs involving performance, maintainability, scalability, security, reliability, and delivery timelines • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across UI, application/service layer, database, integrations, and hosting environment • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Preferred experience with DevExpress Blazor, including DxGrid, editors, forms, reporting, customization, and performance tuning • Preferred experience deploying and supporting .NET applications in Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, Key Vault, managed identities, configuration, networking/security, and CI/CD • Experience with structured logging, metrics, distributed traces, Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerts, and incident triage • Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, PingFederate, RBAC, claims-based authorization, and enterprise authentication patterns • Experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, Service Bus, Logic Apps, scheduled/background processing, or similar technologies • Experience with asynchronous/background workloads using Hangfire, Azure Functions, queues, scheduled jobs, or equivalent patterns • JavaScript / TypeScript experience and Blazor JavaScript interop • Familiarity with Docker, Azure Container Apps, or Kubernetes/AKS is beneficial but not required • Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations is beneficial
