📋 Description

• Work with the SeatGeek design team and product managers to bring ideas to life through AI-powered features • Mentor and grow web engineers across the organization • Develop AI features and use AI development tools • Contribute to the maturity of the front-end technology strategy and stack, with a focus on generative AI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering, having led product initiatives end-to-end in recent years, preferably with user-facing AI • Exceptional grasp of TypeScript/JavaScript • Familiarity with at least one modern framework and client-side rendering technique • UI and product instincts, including building inclusive and accessible experiences • Ability to work deeper into the stack to untangle caching inefficiencies and troubleshoot distributed systems • Ability to use monitoring and testing to assess performance changes • Ability to architect for performance and maintainability • Comfort working full stack in Python when needed • Some experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch • Experience with the listed stack is not required; tools can be learned
