📋 Description

• Analyze and work with large sets of data, including healthcare claims • Develop test cases and test datasets meeting specifications, requirements, clinical content definitions, and software design/logic implementations • Execute manual and automated test cases • Analyze test execution to identify abnormalities and results • Report outliers and defects • Automate test case creation and result analysis using frameworks and scripts • Document automation strategy and implementation • Execute automation programs and scripts and interpret results • Quality review Definition Manuals • Mentor and lead the Quality Engineer team • Participate in Scrum team planning sessions • Identify dependency chains and task breakdowns • Provide estimates and outline test approaches for the team • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and five (5) years of experience in the software industry; OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in the software industry in lieu of the bachelor’s degree requirement • Five (5) years of experience creating software quality and/or data processing tests • Experience testing applications implemented using Java, SQL, and JSON technologies • Three (3) years of experience in test automation • Experience mentoring a team of Quality Engineers in day-to-day work • Experience driving innovative testing solutions and standardizing metrics • Experience working with an Agile team using Scrum Framework • Experience analyzing and working with large sets of data • Five (5) years plus experience testing applications or Java jars/libraries with no user interface using JSON and CSV datasets • Two (2) years of experience with healthcare-related data and HIPAA requirements is desired • Demonstrable proficiency with automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, and Selenium • Experience writing test scripts using Java, Python, and SQL is desired • Ability to create test preparation and impact documentation and communicate effectively in a team environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
