• Develop, deploy, analyze, utilize, and maintain software tools and applications • Contribute to the development of Salesforce CRM platforms • Coach peer developers and contribute to technology strategy • Work on a collaborative team across different departments • Communicate project and operation status in an agile development methodology • Provide coaching to peers on Salesforce development teams • Architect solutions in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio • Understand marketing automation technology and Salesforce marketing cloud ecosystem • Build and evolve DevOps process at Arc’teryx • Analyze Salesforce technical debt and propose solutions • Provide documentation, training, consulting on Salesforce best practices • Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce products • Support team with technical guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer or equivalent • Experience with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Email Specialist, and Developer certifications • Experience in campaign metrics, IP reputation, and deliverability • Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript, and AMP Script skills • Knowledge of APIs and external sources integration • Proactive attitude to platform enhancements • Strong test script creation • Agile methodology experience with tools like Jira • Excellent communication and time management skills • Passion for Salesforce technology and continuous improvement • Ability to identify root causes of issues and develop solutions • Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations • Balance autonomy and collaboration effectively • Commitment to finding the best solutions with unwavering commitment • Passion for work and outdoor activities
