Description

• Drive revenue and manage a book of business and clients for direct Ad Sales, experiential, custom content, and large brand campaigns • Sell Blavity Media Products across our portfolio of sites • Conduct research to identify potential clients • Cultivate and lead the negotiation process • Schedule and execute virtual and face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals • Collaborate with sales planners in designing impactful sales strategies • Ideate with integrated marketing campaigns and work with media planners to set strategies for hitting client goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree – Business or equivalent preferred • 3-5+ years proven track record in carrying a 2M+ quota within brand and media agency Sales, with an existing book of business • Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Salesforce • A strong understanding of online advertising and related technologies • Experience at a fast-growing startup, large consumer Internet/eCommerce, ad tech, or digital media company • High-energy, company-first, positive attitude • Excellent communication and analytical skills; outgoing and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats • A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture

Benefits

• Full-Time, Remote position • Base salary range: $80 - $95,000 + Commission
