• A Brado Business Development Director is responsible for generating sales opportunities with companies that fit the ideal Brado client profile within identified market segments, and successfully establishes significant commercial relationships. They are expected to originate net new deals comprised of insight-driven precision marketing services — the Brado System — while serving as a strategic partner to their marketing leader prospects (and existing clients). Using their deep understanding of the client’s industry, business, and organization’s objectives, the Business Development Director will design and sell the optimal mix of services and partnership from Brado to impact their business. • Originate new deals for Brado in the form of healthcare media and digital marketing sales in alignment to set quotas and objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities. • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, key industry partners and stakeholders. • Lead the client acquisition process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations. • Provides direction to Brado CRO for positioning, pricing, packaging of Brado System based on in-market experience. • Lead with influence in a matrixed delivery environment, establishing relationships with functional Delivery Leads and their teams. • Manage and support compliance efforts. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the healthcare and pharma space.
• Aligns with, Models, and Coaches our values: People, Commitment, Aspiration, Trustworthiness & Impact • 5+ years of relevant job experience, with exceptional track record of exceeding sales quotas, ideally in an agency services environment • Extensive network and existing call points within one or more identified market segments: Integrated Delivery Networks/Health Systems, Specialty Care providers, Payers, Pharma, Higher Education • Expertise in Digital Marketing • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer (HCC) and direct-to-practitioner (HCP) marketing programs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a passion improving the healthcare consumer experience.
