Description

• Joining a rapidly growing team to help customers increase revenue by improving search and product discovery experiences • Repaying customers' trust by ensuring successful product integration • Understanding customer needs and prioritizing tasks • Managing engineering resources for important work • Fielding and troubleshooting customer support requests • Creating and updating customer documentation • Always looking for ways to enhance integration process and customer success

Requirements

• A minimum of three years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge and experience working with APIs • Ability to quickly understand different roles within an organization and craft clear narratives • Ability to convince and motivate others • Enjoy interacting with customers and problem-solving • Desire to learn quickly, think creatively, and come up with solutions to problems
