• Build and maintain relationships with customers and account teams • Transform customers' support experience through technical proficiency • Act as primary technical point of contact between Samsara and customers • Develop comprehensive understanding of customers' business operations • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with technical stakeholders • Fluent in English and conversational in French to engage diverse customer base • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Participate in scaling and building Technical Account Management team • Available for occasional travel to customer sites and after-hour or weekend coverage • Champion Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Technical expertise, business acumen, effective communication • Understanding of Samsara's products, including APIs, hardware, software troubleshooting • Ability to align Samsara's solutions with customers' specific needs • Fluent in English and conversational in French • Knowledge of North American market • Willingness to occasionally travel and work after hours or weekends
