• Build relationships with Loopio's Commercial customers • Collaborate with Customer Enablement Manager • Develop customer plans and strategies • Manage key metrics and customer health score • Share Customer Success stories • Work with Product Teams to champion customer insights • Ensure alignment with Support & Services Teams

Requirements

• Impeccable written and oral communication skills • Superb relationship-building skills • Highly analytical and organized • Results-oriented mindset • 1-2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus • Experience writing sales proposals or responding to RFPs is a huge plus
