Description

• Nurture and grow the pipeline of deal and channel partners • Directly engage with potential partners and own the partner deal cycle from end to end • Develop outbound tools to generate partners and resolve prospect questions before they need to ask • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams • Be the voice of the company when it comes to announcing and sharing partnerships across multiple platforms • Delight partners and exceed expectations • Be the voice of partners in internal meetings to drive product development and highlight success stories • Document and analyze interactions to learn from partners and optimize service • Handle additional projects as they arise • Forecast, plan, and strategize for partnership growth

Requirements

• 1-5+ years experience in an external-facing role, with a track record of success in strategic partnerships, channel partnerships, deal partnerships and/or a customer-facing role • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills • Hunger to create and improve systems, with a flexible, humble, and curious mindset • Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency • Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
