Description

• Conduct Outbound Calls: The primary responsibility of a telesales representative is to initiate outbound calls to prospective customers or leads provided by the company. They may also follow up on inquiries or leads generated through marketing campaigns. • Pitch Products or Services: Telesales representatives are responsible for delivering persuasive sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services offered by the company. They must effectively communicate the unique selling points and address any objections or concerns raised by the prospects. • Qualify Leads: Telesales representatives need to qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline for making a purchase. They use probing questions to gather relevant information and assess the prospect's potential as a customer. • Provide Product Information: Telesales representatives must have a thorough understanding of the products or services they are selling. They should be able to provide accurate and detailed information to prospects, address questions or inquiries, and overcome objections effectively. • Meet Sales Targets: Telesales representatives are typically assigned monthly or quarterly sales targets or quotas to achieve. They must consistently meet or exceed these targets by converting leads into customers through effective selling techniques and closing strategies. • Maintain CRM Records: Telesales representatives are responsible for accurately documenting all interactions with prospects and customers in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. They update lead statuses, record sales activities, and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.

Requirements

• 1 year sales experience • Possess a combination of interpersonal skills, sales acumen, resilience, and a customer-centric approach. • Passionate about sales, driven by results, and committed to delivering exceptional service to customers.
