Description

• Lead and enhance HRIS with focus on data integrity and scalability • Handle sensitive and confidential information with judgment and discretion • Develop system reporting and analytics • Lead change management and cross-functional communication • Design user-friendly training sessions and tutorials • Manage security permissions and settings for HRIS users • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to HRIS users • Implement custom functions and documentation • Maintain optimal function of HRIS through continuous development and upgrade • Own the long-term strategic roadmap for HRIS • Maintain strong relationships with primary business stakeholders • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of HRIS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Capital, Information Systems, or equal work experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable fielding difficult questions • Project management skills including organization, prioritization, and time management • 5+ years technical architecture experience with HR technology systems • Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and implement changes • Demonstrated judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters • Proficiency with Google Suite • Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with human capital policies and procedures • Strong interest in collaboration
