• BS/BA degree or equivalent, preferably in business, marketing, or a healthcare major • 2+ years inside sales or field sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, lab sales, or selling into HR & Benefits leaders • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate complex information persuasively • Experience with sales and prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo • Travel as necessary (~20%)
