• Work within specified commercial verticals and geographic regions to drive interest, leads, and new account opportunities • Interaction with key decision-makers to secure meetings and manage a pipeline of leads • Utilize cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and outbound communication methods • Establish personal connections with leaders to open new pipeline opportunities • Use sales and marketing automation tools to enhance exposure and measure effectiveness • Contribute market feedback on competitive activity, pricing, and industry trends • Embrace and enhance company values

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent, preferably in business, marketing, or a healthcare major • 2+ years inside sales or field sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, lab sales, or selling into HR & Benefits leaders • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate complex information persuasively • Experience with sales and prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo • Travel as necessary (~20%)
