• Responsible for identifying strategic prospects and generating new revenue • Selling outsourced RCM solutions to C-level and HIM executives within the healthcare provider space • Increase market penetration in various healthcare segments • Foster effective relationships with senior level executives and influencers in mid to large community hospitals and clinics • Capture revenue at targeted levels in a profitable and sustainable way • Assist in the workflow and transition from prospect to fully implemented client status across multiple departments • Reports to Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Management Administration, Marketing or related field with a preference to have an advanced degree • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a successful track record of selling healthcare RCM solutions in a hospital or clinic setting • Comfortable dealing directly with C-suite and HIM executives • Ability to quickly identify contacts at health systems to enable rapid territory growth • Recognized success exceeding annual sales targets • Demonstrated capability in cross-selling solutions • Strong closing skills and sales cycle management skills • Experience in lead generation activities through multiple channels (social media, LinkedIn, email & call campaigns, networking, trade shows, key references) • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in a home-based environment with frequent physical activity and travel as required
