Description
• Shape MelodyArc’s trajectory in revolutionizing customer support • Mix of tactical and strategic responsibilities • Research and identify target opportunities • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers • Promote and share the MelodyArc solution with potential customers • Guide customers through the buying journey • Provide market and customer feedback • Report to the Chief Commercial Officer • Remote position within the United States
Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience selling software solutions • Experience executing sales activities across all pipeline stages • Ability to connect and partner with prospective customers • Expertise in collaborating with product, operations, and client service teams • Provide key prospect feedback • Natural entrepreneurial instincts • Expertise in e-commerce and/or customer support or strong desire to learn
Benefits
