• Identify, pursue, and close business with self-funded employers within assigned territory • Work directly with senior Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leadership • Collaborate with trusted advisors and consultants • Develop Year 1 Sales plan • Establish sales territory and familiarize with potential local enterprise customers • Make introductions to network and future customers • Secure meetings with target enterprise organizations • Conduct joint sales meetings with DVP and/or senior Sales professionals
• 7+ years of sales experience • Demonstrable track record of selling into large enterprise customers • Solid knowledge of healthcare benefits • Strong relationship-building ability • Proven ability to leverage market experts • Consistently meeting/exceeding large yearly quotas • Experience working with decision-makers in organizations • Successfully selling complex products/services with long sales cycles • Consultative approach to sales • Solid understanding of customer and revenue generation • Strong examples with enterprise customers
• Work with benefits and employee rewards professionals within target companies • Expand Included Health’s customer base by selling throughout assigned territory • Identify opportunities for Included Health to scale service footprint • Focus on process improvements in sales cycle • Establish and foster relationships with key Consultants • Maintain CRM hygiene and diligent tracking of work activities • Represent Included Health’s culture and passion in business dealings • Travel as necessary
