• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth • Manage and develop sales territories • Build and develop sales support team • Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers • Track and analyze sales data and metrics • Forecast sales and revenue • Identify and develop new sales opportunities • Negotiate and close deals • Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements • Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success • Strong leadership and motivation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM’s
