Description

• Provide technical and product expertise to strategic clients • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption • Debug and consult on complex technical integrations • Develop tailored solutions for customers • Analyze customer data to propose new ideas • Lead training sessions and provide technical help • Advocate for customers within the organization • Mentor fellow Technical Account Managers • Contribute to technical solutions library • Communicate internally to answer technical or product questions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of Technical Account Management or Professional Services SaaS experience with a technical product • Strong technical background including experience with systems architecture, RESTful API usage, webhooks, multiple development languages (Javascript or Python preferred), and the fundamentals of computer science • Deep understanding of software integration and agile development lifecycle and processes • Ability to use data and statistics to identify patterns for process/product improvements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts • Strong troubleshooting skills
