Description

• Senior Sales Development Representative role • Join Agency Development team as an individual contributor • Drive outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities • Secure new clients within dedicated territory • Prefer mix of digital and in-person selling with the ability to craft unique outreach programs • Report to the Head of Sales and Marketing • Conduct research on target accounts, generate sales opportunities and expand client base • Participate in trade shows, exhibits, and promotional events • Foster trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years successful B2B sales experience • Preference for candidates with EDU, financial services, high wealth services, and/or healthcare industry experience • Hands-on expertise with outbound sequencing tools like Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc. • Focus on external sales and growth, expanding business territories, and increasing revenue • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Exceptional presentation skills engaging C-suite executives • Proven experience in actively identifying and securing new clients • Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences, trade shows, and client meetings
