Description

• Manage financial transactions, analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Maintain accurate financial records • Analyze revenue and expenses • Prepare financial reports • Execute month-end close process • Assist with cash forecasting and Treasury management • Develop and implement financial systems, tools, and processes • Review financial processes and controls • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors • Perform ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field • 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Excel • Previous experience with Bill, Airbase, Ramp, or similar expense management systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in meeting tight deadlines
