• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and objectives. • Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats. • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management. • Represent the company at industry events, and trade shows to promote our products and services. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Continuously seek ways to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance overall business efficiency. • Understand company products and services meticulously. • Expected travel of 30% to visit new and current customers, dealer/jobber shops, and attend events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is required. • 4–5 years of new business development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Extensive knowledge base of the auto industry, including parts and mechanical systems • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. • Genuine compassion for customer satisfaction. • Must demonstrate professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to produce quality work within tight deadlines. • Ability to exhibit objectivity and openness to others’ views. • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback to others.
