Description

• Handle the technical setup of emails, landing pages and automated nurture programs in support of demand generation and retention efforts • Continually iterate on and processes for lead capture, management, routing and scoring • Partner closely with sales to implement a seamless lead-to-close process that provides visibility into marketing’s impact on sales pipeline • Conduct regular Marketing Operations Reviews to align Marketing strategy with tactics and ensure effective execution of Marketing strategy • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders. • Continuously improve our marketing automation processes in salesforce and other systems and drive the roadmap, from data cleansing to predictive analytics and program management • Drive the technical evolution of marketing and sales systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Physics, or related discipline • 3-5 years experience in marketing operations, including use of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Hubspot) and analytical tools • Results oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
