Description

• Generate and drive new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within a specific sales region or set of named accounts • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of parcelLab's solution • Provide timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership • Ownership of all aspects of the sale process from building pipeline to prospecting to closing • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation Team to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles • Coordinate with solutions consultants to ensure that proposed solutions meet clients' needs and align with their business goals and objectives • Prepare new business proposals and pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and work with legal to close contracts.

Requirements

• 1 - 4 years of software sales experience • Experience selling high-value e-commerce solutions to retailers and brands proven experience in taking full accountability of pipeline generation targets as well as working alongside SDR’S • Proven and consistent track record of hitting quota • Proven success navigating multiple departments and stakeholders • Experience engaging with various buyer personas and key decision-makers (in particular Digital, CX, Ecommerce, Marketing) • Confidence and gravitas in dealing with C-level executives • Well-versed in e-commerce technology • Strong understanding of the retail sector • Outstanding verbal and written communication in English • Strong executive-level presentation skills (both externally with customers or partners and internally with colleagues worldwide) • Ability to travel regularly • Nice-to-haves: Prior experience as a SaaS SDR highly valued • Senior e-commerce and marketing contacts at high growth retailers and brands • Additional languages such as German, Italian, French or Spanish • Prior experience working in a start-up/scale-up stage technology company • Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification and value selling methodology
