Description

• Convert pilot customers to paying clients in Latin America • Drive new sales efforts and grow presence in the region • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients • Provide tailored soil carbon MRV solutions for sustainability goals • Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Operations teams • Coordinate local stakeholders and stay abreast of industry trends in LatAm region

Requirements

• 7+ years of BD/sales experience within sustainability, carbon, or agriculture sectors in LatAm • Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the market • Based in Latin America (ideally Argentina or Brazil) • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to travel within LatAm region as required • Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field
