• Proven leader of large, sophisticated accounts • Excellent collaboration, relationship-building and communication skills • Professional dinner guest • Deep sense of empathy and commitment to integrity • Stellar written and verbal communication skills • Smart and likes to get things done • Not afraid to ask questions • Extremely detail-oriented • Can multitask and meet deadlines • 8+ years of experience working at a digital agency • Open to mentorship • Accountable for outcomes of top accounts • Create and execute account growth strategies • Pursue new business opportunities • Continuously communicate value to clients • Work closely with client services and project managers • Work cross-departmentally with Directors • Promptly and efficiently resolve client issues • Act as point of escalation for clients • Participate in account prioritization • Report progress to agency leadership • Identify and define upsell opportunities and campaigns • Track, report, and mitigate client satisfaction
