Description

• Execute a consultative retention and upsell/cross-sell process • Strategically manage the client program • Develop a deep understanding of clients' ethics and compliance requirements • Provide best practice recommendations for program improvement • Assist clients in defining and designing ethics and compliance program strategies • Deliver timely response to requests for information and proposals • Track customer satisfaction and escalate feedback • Maintain accurate account and opportunity information • Represent company as thought leader in compliance and risk management industries • Stay knowledgeable on market developments and trends • Work effectively in a home office environment and travel when required

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a software/services sales professional • Proven experience renewing multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products • Ability to present and demonstrate software benefits • Strong business acumen and ability to sell to senior executives • Ability to create strong customer relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities • Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and remote meeting tools • Fluent German speaking • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong work ethic • Problem-solving ability • Ability to cultivate relationships and advise on industry insights • Strong sales process management skills • Mature business acumen • Disciplined time and territory management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
