Description

• Responsible for retention, ensuring high levels of success in a small group of accounts • Driving adoption of Gearset’s suite of products • Building strong relationships with customers • Identifying customers’ pain points and providing solutions • Representing customer views in the company and driving continual improvement in user satisfaction • Supporting new customers during initial implementation • Proactively identifying accounts at risk of churn and engaging with them • Remote UK based full-time opportunity, with calls in the evening as needed

Requirements

• At least 4 years experience working as a Customer Success Manager, Program Manager or Account Manager responsible for retention in a technical SaaS company • Technical predisposition and desire to learn • Ability to convey complex technical topics with simplicity • Driven by a genuine desire to deliver the best for the end user • Proven track record of improving customer outcomes • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers • Proactive with strong collaboration skills • UK based with UK working hours availability
