Description

• We are seeking a Merchant Implementation Specialist to spearhead the integration of new merchants into our platform • Guide merchants through product settings, enabling them to confidently optimize platform usage • Empower merchants to become proficient users of the ShipBob dashboard and suite of fulfillment services • Swiftly address any initial challenges with adept troubleshooting skills to set our merchants on the path to sustained success

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Merchant Implementation, Merchant Success, or a similar role • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results • Keen perceptive intelligence in assessing merchant needs and driving solutions to meet those needs • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions for merchants • Bonus: Experience using Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, Salesforce, or similar tools
