• The mission of the Outbound Sales Development Director is to research, identify, connect and qualify outbound prospects while building a culture of high activity and success while providing quality leads to the sales teams. • You will be supporting two sales teams (strategic and enterprise) to grow the pipeline in both value and absolute accounts. There is no expectation of a detailed understanding of Smartcat products, but we do expect you to have a strong interest in both the SaaS software and the localization industry would be a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales organization • 3+ years of management experience leading a business development team • Successful track record in hiring and developing SDRs/BDRs. • Track record of overachievement of the set goals by fostering a culture of competitiveness that embraces diversity and promotes success for all team members. • A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics • Integrity and full commitment • Growth mindset • Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and persistence to breakthrough • Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others
