Description

• Own monthly reporting (budget variances, P&L, MD&A), keeping leadership informed. • Become a master of workforce planning, wielding the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) like a champion. • Dive deep into the sales engine using Salesforce.com, collaborating with sales to unlock insights. • Lead the charge on Purchasing and Travel policy updates, wielding tools like Tropic. • Become a financial analysis guru, tackling costing, P&L activities, and strategic initiatives. • Partner with the A-team, supporting month-end close, audits, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in accounting/finance (3-5 years' experience, or less with an advanced degree) • Excel modeling wizard, PowerPoint & Word pro • Cost accounting knowledge • Analytical & problem-solving sharpshooter • Action-oriented & continuous improvement champion • Organizational & time management guru • Meets deadlines like a boss • Stellar communication skills (written & verbal) • Team player, resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated • Ability to travel (occasional)
