Description

• Director with expertise in US federal and state income tax • Responsible for income tax compliance, provision, transfer pricing and audit for the US (federal and state) • Research advanced income tax issues • Drive the implementation of income tax strategies and projects • Responsible for reviewing all income tax filings and quarterly/annual provision calculations • Responsible for reviewing transfer pricing policies and documentation • Manage and develop a small team

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant tax experience in a corporate environment, public accounting firm or major law firm • Strong and effective communications skills • Detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Possess a degree in law or accounting (CPA, Chartered Tax Advisor or equivalent), graduate degree in taxation strongly preferred
