• Lead Swan's financial planning & analysis processes • Develop treasury strategies for managing Bitcoin holdings, liquidity, and risk effectively • Collaborate with business units on financial models and business cases • Shape Swan's financial strategy and support growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred • CPA, CFA, or CTP designation a plus • 10-12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, treasury management, or corporate finance • Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury operations, and Bitcoin ecosystem • Leadership experience in a fast-paced, startup environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
