• Lead the account management team and offer support to the Ad Sales Team • Act as the point of contact between the company and the client • Work cross-departmentally to ensure clients are served correctly • Present annual priorities and goals planning sessions with customers • Clearly articulate the value of products and track performance • Successfully manage upsells and renewals • Deliver on key KPIs including sales performance and relationship satisfaction • Other related duties as assigned
