Description

• Partner with sales and marketing to educate potential customers about the Sword solution • Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research • Process inbound lead qualification from email campaigns and website inquiries • Drive attendance to marketing events, conferences, and trade shows • Work within CRM to track, analyze, and report on sales activities and KPIs • Communicate directly with various points of contact within partnerships team • Support sales team at conferences and in-person meetings

Requirements

• Desire to make a difference at Sword Health • Experience in customer service and relationship-building role • Track record of resilience and success • Interest in developing a rewarding career in healthcare technology • Experience hitting goals through personal contributions and collaboration with others • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and CRMs (Salesforce) • Intellectual curiosity • Well-organized and self-motivated behaviors • Ability to adapt in a hyper-growth fast-changing environment • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
