• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience • Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in business development within travel advisor community or travel agency industry • Excellent communication and persuasive skills • Curious with strong determination • consultative selling and client relationship development experience • Collaborative with sound judgment • Results-driven and forward-looking • 20%-40% travel required
