• ThreatConnect is a comprehensive Threat Intelligence Platform used by organizations to aggregate, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats • Looking for an Elite Customer Success Engineer (ECSE) to provide platform training, map customer processes, and drive value for customers • Must be a quick learner, problem-solver, and team player • Responsibilities include training, problem resolution, customer communication, and upsell activities

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance • 3+ years of customer support experience or experience in computer network security industry • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience • Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies • Understanding of the intelligence cycle and API integrations • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to articulate technical advantages of ThreatConnect products • Desired: Experience in training/course creation, Python scripting, West Coast location or support experience
