• Achieve the Region’s Revenue and profitability for TP-Link Products • Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions • Efficiently manages the regionals multiple relationships • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information • Special Projects as assigned

Requirements

• Networking industry or related industry preferred • Minimum 2 years college • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Based in specified region • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment within an assigned sales territory • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position • Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM • Manage and follow a consistent travel schedule
