Description

• Lead a sales team focused on fostering growth within Mid-Market Sales with a special emphasis on the nonprofit sector • Develop and implement a comprehensive success plan aligned with company goals • Cultivate a high-performance culture by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top-tier sales talent • Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and feedback to empower the team • Develop and deliver precise sales projections based on analysis and historical data • Foster a dynamic and positive team culture that encourages healthy competition and collaboration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client-centric solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field • 3-5 years experience in sales management in SaaS or related industries • Additional certifications in sales management are a plus • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated capability to inspire and lead a remote team • Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making • Proficient in CRM systems and analytics tools • Strategic vision, motivational, results-oriented mindset
