Description

• Responsible for leading the North American, Supplier Services Sales team • Transforming the sales organization into a high performing team • Leading sales growth objectives • Establishing ideal sales channel structure • Training, mentoring, and coaching sales leaders and account executives • Negotiating business relationships and contracts • Developing and reporting on key performance metrics • Driving land and expand sales motion • Making informed, educated, and timely decisions • Up to 30% travel within the continental US and Canada

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in technology and/or marketplace sales management • Bachelor's degree • Experience managing total team size of at least 50 • Strategic sales experience and revenue achievement • Experience building strategic plans for sales team growth • Excellent communications skills and cross-functional collaboration • Strong network of sales professionals • Prior experience in high growth company focused on marketplace services and technology • Experience shifting sales team's mindset • Recruited and built teams • Undergraduate Degree specifically in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or other technical specialization
