Description

• Outbound Prospecting: Develop customer profiles for highly tailored outbound prospecting efforts. Research and identify high value prospects. • Lead Qualification: Assess interest, estimate order intake and readiness for sales engagement. • Sales Opportunities: Exceed monthly goals by creating sales opportunities through outbound emails, LinkedIn, Telegram, social media, and other channels. • Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the Sales Executives. • Process Improvement: Work closely with the Head of Sales to refine sales processes, with a focus on sales efficiency.

Requirements

• You have minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • You are proficient in using sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Pipedrive. • Your persistence and resilience pave your way to success. • You proactively seek out new leads and opportunities through research, networking, and leveraging existing connections. • You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving start-up environment. • You are a self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious quarterly sales targets.
